Let's talk about real

balanced health solutions...


SO! I am going to start this page off as a blog of information! I have been doing a lot of changes with my own lifestyle for not only myself but my family too! As many of you have noticed we are reaping the benefits so I will be posting some information that I have used to find my way into these health benefits as a lot of you have been eager to know and start implementing them for yourself! So here are some of the great resources I started with!

Click here for their website. I now own this great film that will keep me from the lies about sugar! If you have a problem with your sweet tooth please watch the trailer if nothing else! Challenge yourself to sign up on their website for the 10 day Sugar Free Challenge and you will be amazed at how good you feel!

Click here for their website. This was a new try for us in our family! There are many reasons one should give this a try. One in particular I truly believe helped my husband is the micronutrients that you get from the juice and how easily it infuses into your digestive system to aid in repairing and rebooting your body! Also... Of all the "diets" or "weight loss" programs I've ever tried, this has worked the best for me in being the fastest as well! I lost 10 lbs in 5 days. This is one of my new favorite books! By far a MUST read! Dr. Campbell did the "Forks over Knives" documentary and the China Study book (another one of his great books I now own)!

2) The Wahls Protocol

How we can heal our own bodies without medicine... How she even went the traditional route and progressed with her MS to be confined into a wheelchair and how food changed her life to living a normal life!
